Denisa Sevastita

North American Underwriter

Denisa joined MS Frontier Reinsurance Limited in December 2008. In her current role, she oversees the underwriting and development of the North American Treaty portfolio. With 18 years of reinsurance industry experience, Denisa has held various levels of underwriting positions with companies in the United States, including St. Paul Reinsurance Inc., AXA Reinsurance and Alea North America. Over the years, she has underwritten and managed all types of US treaty property business, with an emphasis on Catastrophe Excess. Most recently, Denisa worked as a placement broker at Aon Re Inc. Denisa graduated from The College of Insurance at St. John’s University in New York City and holds a Bachelors of Business Administration in Risk Management and Insurance.

Ryutaro Yamada, AIAJ

Reinsurance Manager

Ryu joined Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance Company Limited, Japan (MSI) in 1996 and has gained widespread experience in both the reinsurance and insurance fields. His career to date has covered various lines of business such as property, casualty, marine and automobile. Since moving to MS Frontier Re in 2008, Ryu has been a key member of the underwriting team on the North American portfolio of accounts as well as managing the process for monitoring the overall risk of MS Frontier Re.

Ryu is an associate member of Institute of Actuaries in Japan. His actuarial skills and risk management experience are a valuable addition to the MS Frontier Re team as the company develops and grows as a key part of the MSI group.

Chantelle Belboda CPCU, ARe

Assistant Underwriter

Chantelle joined MS Frontier Re in 2007 as part of the International Treaty team modelling and underwriting the International Treaty book of business.

Chantelle started her career in the Insurance Industry at American International Group as an Insurance Analyst. After leaving American International, she moved to XL Insurance where she gained invaluable experience in both Professional Lines insurance as well as Property and Casualty lines of business. After a few years working on the insurance side, Chantelle moved over to the reinsurance sector where she began working with models and became responsible for modeling US and International programs gaining a wealth of knowledge and experience in these areas.

Chantelle is a graduate of Mount St. Vincent University, where she obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. She is also a member of the American Institute for Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters and Insurance Institute of America.

Kimberley Brough DipCII

Assistant Underwriter

Kimberley joined MS Frontier Re in July, 2009 as part of the International Treaty team.

Kimberley started her career in the Insurance Industry as a Trainee Broker with the BMS Group, gaining experience in both the London and Bermuda markets, before moving to JLT Park as an Assistant Property Broker in 2008.

Kimberley is a graduate of the University of Newcastle-Upon-Tyne, where she was awarded a Bachelors of Arts (Hons) degree in Accounting, French and Music. She is also a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute in England.
